REVGEN is a full-time, high-performance role, and we expect our reps to be fully committed—which is why we don’t encourage or structure our program around the ability to have a second job. The reality is, those who fully invest in the program and take advantage of the uncapped commission structure have the potential to earn significantly more than the base salary alone. Success in sales is directly tied to effort, and many of our reps who focus on growth and development see their earnings increase much faster than the 3–6 month timeline mentioned.
