      Pros

      You learn the basics of sales and how to cold call. Really great leadership and training to help set you up. I have nothing but really great things to say. REVGEN has played a crucial part in my sales career and how I will continue to grow. It is a really great environment with dogs and genuine people.

      Cons

      A lot of dials and not the greatest pay but both help you in the long run.
