Pros

The environment internally is supportive, informational, and feels like a family. This isn't a glorious job, but they do what they can to not only give you the tools to succeed, but coach you through implementing the tools, and create a fun environment to perform in. The networking, and access to alumni/connections after the end of your time here make the time spent worth it.

Cons

This is not a glorious job. The best way I can describe it is a full-time paid internship, however it's not an internship where you don't do anything. You're thrown into the fire. The expectations are high, but fair. Everything you need to perform well, and have a good time here is available, you just have to be willing to use them.

Pros

RevGen has been a really solid place to grow, especially if you’re trying to get your foot in the door in sales. The training is hands-on and easy to follow, even if you don’t come from a big sales background, and the team is always willing to help when you have questions or need support. It’s a fast-paced environment, but you learn a lot about communication, handling objections, and building real connections with potential clients. Overall, it’s a great place to build confidence, develop professional skills, and gain experience that actually translates to future opportunities in tech and business.

Cons

if you're a slow learner Goodluck, some managers are not good
