Phenomenal Culture, Great training program, all the support you can ask for in every facet, Tremendously helpful and polite upper management, long lasting relationships, terrific way to get your foot in the door, lifelong network even after you leave revgen, work life balance is enforced

Cons

Base pay is on the lower side but commission is good and it's worth it for the coaching and amount of opportunity post-graduation.

You will learn a ton about sales in a short period, it's a great way to jumpstart your career in sales. The management is supportive and a wealth of information. The staffing team is excellent at helping with the job search when you complete the program

Cons

Parking lot is small. It can be a headache to get out, but there is free street parking if you're willing to walk a short distance. Pay is low, but you will be set up to make good money upon completion of the program
