Those who finish almost always see the reward in it! Most people find better work life balance than they had previously. Unfortunate to hear "exploitative" used as a word to describe the program. Pros

Revgen is a great place to start a career in software sales. Don't get me wrong it is a grind for 4-5 months but the experience and knowledge you gain is going to give you a leg up on the competition when applying to your next job. When I was interviewing for my next role all of the people I interviewed with knew about revgen and what it takes to graduation. My manager Joe Lally was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better mentor.

Cons

None I highly recommend going through the program if you want to get into sales.
