Great training, great people and very motivational

Cons

low salary, commission for your first month is not 1k because you are on a ramp (this should be explained better) and WAY too much focus on dial count when it is possible to have great out comes with out pointless dials

-Awesome managers and teammates. -Really cool culture being built - Great sales training - Tons of opportunities after completing program. Got an offer from a company that turned me down 5 months earlier

Tough work (99% of SDR positions are tough work) Pay's not great but competitive for entry level saas sales
