Pros

I work with such a great group of people, everyone is there to do their job and is pleasant for the most part. The employee discount is amazing. Free lunch on Tuesday's in the office, and a hybrid schedule, which is life changing for me! The office (ROW DTLA office) is very nice as well! First time in fashion that I've ever felt a work/life balance too.

Cons

Pay is not good, not sure how anyone is able to stay in the LA area and support a family unless you're a higher up. The difference in pay between the higher ups and the regular people is kind of astounding. And they are not afraid to flaunt it! Benefits are fine, no 401K matching - I do feel like they are trying to get some better benefits though which I appreciate! There's stock options but you have to buy into it. Bare minimum offered for vacation time and holidays. HR is not super on top of the actually important things. Major major major favoritism as well - just one example is that some very select employees are allowed to be completely remote but it's not an option for everyone.

Pros

Employee Discount is great but you still aren't going to be able to afford anything with how much you are paid, WFH setting. The team is very nice for the most part! SOPS are well written and one of the most essential tools

Cons

Be careful during your interview, they will tell you everything you want to hear in order to get you in the door. Turnover rate is HIGH, and they halved the training time and expect you to meet basically the same cph as seasoned agents. Mandatory Overtime- Non negotiable, was told that this was no longer an issue due to expanding the team, but it's still a regular thing. Micromanagement is crazy here, It is MANDATORY that you clock in 5-10 minutes before your shift or you are considered late and you will be written up, You are not allowed to leave at the end of your shift until your queue is clear, however you must stay available until the end of your scheduled shift. Guaranteeing the fact that you will be stuck doing overtime everyday as your personal queue will just keep filling up the second you close a ticket. QA highly discourages the use of macros, which makes answering emails. chats, texts longer than they need to be as not every sentence needs to have an emoji girlie pop. Overall unrealistic expectations and workloads for the customer support team. You are expected to juggle several different channels at once, as you hold onto your queue all day, so if you are scheduled for phones and have an active sms responding while you are on phones you're sol and expected to still respond within TWO MINUTES of their response. Schedules- No guarantee you will work the schedule you were originally hired for, they also don't disclose the fact the weekend hours are different up front. So if you normally work 130-10pm M-T if you work Friday-Sunday you have to work an early am shift. Having someone get off at 10 IF they don't have to do Mandatory OT (Up to two hours) they have to be in 8am the next morning.

Not worth it

Pros

-revolve discount -you get paid based on how you perform. so even though the pay is pretty low, you make more if you work harder than your co-worker -managers acknowledge if you are a good performer ; I appreciated that my hard work didn’t go un-noticed -upper upper management was nice (heads of CS), but not so much the leads

Cons

-micromanagement was insane, you can barely even go to the bathroom for 5 minutes without management asking where you are -you’re expected to bend over backwards for customers. customers fully take advantage of this & are rude to reps -overtime was expected almost daily. OT pay is nice, but work life balance was extremely difficult -I was one of the “top performing” agents on the team & still felt extremely micromanaged -I understand it’s a customer service job, but the work load is A LOT. this position deserves higher pay (if you perform efficiently) -not really room for growth unless you want to stay in customer service forever -no sense of community. it was WFH when I worked there, so I didn’t know any of my coworkers & no one really made an effort to bond our team/get to know each other -mentally draining job because of everything I listed above. I would get burnt out occasionally & often questioned if the job was even worth it
