      Pros

      Access to cool clothes, shoes, etc. Great employee discount Free lunch on Thursday

      Cons

      Severely underpaid. No ability to advance career. Awful work environment. Favoritism very obvious and a problem. Look around the parking lot - everyone is driving a 10+ year old car - nobody is making a decent living, with the exception of a few "favorite" employees

      Discounts, free lunch, access to “cool things” & people will think you’re cool for having the job

      Cons

      You get paid nothing, are overworked & the office is absolutely disgusting. I got sick so much here & my boss was a nut job. Don’t waste your time unless you’re rich already & love the fake LA a lifestyle

      Pros

      Coworkers were awesome, felt like part of a family. Great discount on everything on Revolve + Forward Fun work events and parties Get to be creative, not just normal organizational assistant type work

      Cons

      TERRIBLE PAY. I don't know how anyone lives in LA on this low of a salary. I could make more money working part time at the grocery store. We do SO much work and are compensated so poorly, it was impossible to survive on the salary so I had to leave even though I loved the work. terrible PTO and benefits. accrued PTO , after one year of working you earn about 7 days of PTO but you get 0 to start. health/vision/dental insurance is not good. favoritism is definitely present and there are times when coworkers can gang up on you. Really hard to move up. worked here for 3 years and got very minimal raises/promotions. They make up dumb half step titles like "junior associate" and "senior assistant" just to slow you down from getting promotions you deserve.
