Racist trainers who will judge you on webcam based on how you look, and treat you accordingly. Human Resources does not take any claims seriously, they don’t even acknowledge claims when brought to their attention. My claims were ignored. They failed to investigate and ask questions, which makes them compliant and complicit to the discriminatory behavior. Long hours and horrible pay! I can only imagine how many POC are silenced and too scarred to speak up against the companies behavior!
