The discount is the only good thing and it is not worth it

Cons

Extreme nepotism, people at the top do not know what they are doing nor do they care about anyone below them, they will like and work you to the bone and throw you under the bus even when your manager is the one who made the mistakes, they only promote the people who are wannabe influencers
