Micromanaging, leads have lil to no experience or job knowledge, write ups are given out without any opportunity to assist or correct an issue before hand. Poor leadership equals poor performance that reps have to be criticized. Fraudsters and coupon abusers are treated better and valued more than reps who try to enforce the policies we are trained to enforce. HR has no knowledge about their policies and lack communication skills. Management is shady and lacks communication and professionalism. The company has severe issues with product quality and warehouse quality assurance that they refuse to acknowledge or correct which results in reps being abused and berated by customers. Reps then get penalized for poor surveys due to these issues that are beyond their control. Reps voices and concerns are not heard or considered. Unfair treatment of reps.
