Pros

We have annual performance reviews and increases. You can bonus during the holiday season. You can get promoted if you put in the work and the time. Hard work is recognized by leadership. The owners are young and they get that the culture is important to the people who work here. Team bonding activities are helping with the growing pains of the fast company expansion.

Cons

Some people take advantage of the casual environment and management style. The majority of managers don't micromanage so people that don't work well without a ton of rules don't make it very long. Managers are handling multiple projects and employee management. The workload for management is intense but the pay is better compared to other apparel companies in LA.

Pros

Work hard, Play hard attitude. Good snacks, intelligentsia coffee, great CEO's, close knit company culture, happy hours, great parties, burger man, fun events, positive work environment. If you are lucky to work under a good boss, then you are encouraged to move up in the company. Hard work does not go unnoticed for some lucky ones. The company is growing, and getting bigger and the CEO's make it known that we are all part of that, no matter your role.

Cons

Some upper management tends to take advantage of the lax, "work from wherever" rule. I can imagine it is tough to you do your job, when your boss is never in the office. Lots of "mean girls" in the offices, or thats the impression you get when you walk into the door. Pay rate varies so drastically from person to person. Seems like the only people reaping the benefits of raises are the ones closest to the bosses, and not the ones working their butts off. Depending on who you are working under, it could be REALLY tough to advance your career within the company. Seems like some are being punished for being "SO GOOD" at their jobs, that they aren't encouraged to move up.
