      Pros

      Flexible hours - you basically pick and stick to your own schedule, no need to worry about running 15, 20, 35 minutes late People - young, bright, cool and passionate people are fun and motivating to be around Employee discount - cool designer and brand clothes and shoes at super discounted prices - can't beat that Food - free snacks, beverages, free lunch Thursdays and Happy hour Fridays Company name and recognition - always proud to share I work to REVOLVEclothing

      Cons

      Location - might be a pain to get here from pretty much any part of LA, unless you're ok with long daily commutes Office space - no windows, sometimes need to step outside just to get some fresh air or see the daylight

      Fun team at the corporate office

      Pros

      The owners are down to earth and approachable. Even thought they are hiring a lot of new people there has been internal growth opportunities for employees. They have promoted most of the Directors and VP's from within the company. The employees are creative and easy to work with. It's a team environment with flexible hours, free lunch once a week, happy hours and the company parties are pretty fun. You can get a good discount on everything on the site.

      Cons

      The company has two different buildings in Cerritos that are across the street from one another because they outgrew their original office space. The space in the office isn't as creative as the Studio.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, the flexible schedules that make work-life balance easy, amazing benefits. The best company I've worked for, I love the people, the clothes/shoes/merchandise, the discount, the free lunches, etc. The company is expanding and growing, it creates so many opportunities for the future.

      Cons

      Not a lot of food places around. The company is growing quickly, so space is a little tight at the moment, but we make the best of it.
