Great place to take initiative on your own interior decorating projects. Many talented and passionate interior designers working here.

Cons

Very few of the Design Management has the credentials, experience or knowledge to be leading the design teams. Unethical management - they will do or say anything to make a sale, High amount of lay-offs which seems to be geared toward playing favorites, a lot of design talent gets let go.
