Pros

Flexible work environment. The position only allows in office work. I had a personal situation arise which required remote work, and it was allowed. Steady hours. Continuous reviews and availability for rising in ranks. Excellent work atmosphere for an individual that appreciates growing with a company. The company truly believes in, and is committed to, its values.

Cons

Lack of communication between and within teams. Leadership being unprofessional, and gossipy. It’s also a bit cult-like.
