Great support system Since its such a large company, you can get support from other galleries around the country Very established processes Its a corporate company, but doesn't micromanage

Cons

I wasn't in this role, but the salespeople (design consultants) don't make a commission For how large the company is and how much money they make, and without making commission, I think the pay could be higher
