Strict on overtime, decent discounts, company meetings every morning that kept you up to speed on all the happenings, good leadership

Can’t afford the furniture with what you’re making, lots of secrecy, the CEO is super weird, the same songs play over and over and over

I would recommend this position for anyone just starting out. You will be given structure, training and will have the opportunity to help with some cool projects.

Cons

They pay is not very competitive and if you’re located in a mall you will have to adhere to “mall hours”. Not much room to grow into a career unless you’re looking to stay in retail.
