Decent pay Beautiful place to work Good experience to work with high end clients and get customer service skills Gorgeous site visits to homes Get to use AutoCAD and other design programs

Cons

Cut hours during holidays Retail hours Expected to pump out designs while maintaining sales floor Company doesn't live their values Did I mention they cut our hours during the holidays? Two years in a row
