Pros
This can be a fun and enticing environment to work within. You have the chance to learn a lot from your peers and meet people across the company you wouldn't normally be in touch with.
Cons
Leadership has no clue how to run a well oiled machine causing a high turnover. They don't speak to the designers respectfully and have a ego driven approach to keeping the team pushing for more even when it tears down morale. It's a trickle down effect.
