- job description tries to trick inexperienced job-seekers into thinking "Design Consultant" is a design job... don't listen to that... it's a retail job. - horrible schedule... working long week stretches, weekends and late evenings will leave u feeling very exhausted. you will only get on day off at a time. you rarely have two consecutive days off. - micro-managing... sometimes they don't even let you get a drink of water - Cristi Whyte (gallery leader) is very rude. she is probably the reason for the high turn-over rate. - favoritism... the same few people always get promoted while the same others get passed-over - design consultants are treated the worst
