Business Outlook
Pros
People at the store level are generally really great people and fun to work with. Most people enjoy working as a team (as is expected) which makes going to work a pleasure. It's also really nice to work in a place surrounded by beautiful things.
Cons
Often mixed messages from corporate leadership surrounding merchandising. Marketing materials and product consistently late for floor moves and price changes that have been scheduled well in advance. It's difficult to sell "featured" items when some of those items are not even in the store for customers to view.
