Pros

The pay is decent for the working hours. You get to look at pretty furnishings, and get to work one on one with clients. And you meet get people in similar fields.

Cons

Management really doesn’t care about clients but sales abd how high you can push that figure. Lots of members left solely because “designers” don’t actually design when they’re told to “add more fillers” to jack up the total. What’s a budget when they don’t believe in staying within the range. Also, very indecisive about how or what we should be doing (work on cad for designer clients or spend hours on the sales floor.
