      Pros

      The residents. Their software is one of the bests and user friendly.

      Cons

      If anything is wrong or asset is not producing like it should, you will be blamed for it even though you have no control over fixing the problem it lies in their hands, but it will be your fault. You are set up for failure. Payables do not get paid for months and months. You are belittled, talked down to and never recognized for your hard work even with the unnecessary hardships they create.

      It was a job with a (small) paycheck.

      Cons

      They don't pay their bills, have contempt for their residents, the CEO is a little Napoleon with a complex who thrives and enjoys belittling employees.
