They don't give to cares in the wind,about their employees or their communities! Wouldn't recommend any of my friends, family, and my dog to work for them or live in their communities!

There are no pros -- very tough place to work

Cons

Bare minimum paid holidays... work full days on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and Good Friday. Not enough maintenance help and no one knows what they are doing
