Our customer used to be EVERYBODY, from the person receiving services to our coworkers to our community to our contracts to our funders. Leadership has intentionally eliminated all except the latter two. The pro? RI will keep the door open and will thrive as one of the other hundreds of thousand businesses out there.

Cons

RI will thrive on the backs of employees who "falsely" believe this company cares about anything or anyone over cash flow. It will thrive at the expense of the very people RI is in business to seve.

This is a place where every job makes a difference in helping to empower others in the recovery journey. Everyone here cares deeply from the CEO David Covington to front-line employees and volunteers.

Cons

Its a non-profit so $ are tight, pay isn't the best, but it is inline with other non-profits.
