Pros

Great place to work with a lot of opportunities.

Cons

It is very hard to work with upper administration within colleges due to the old boys' club mentality. Being a woman is an uphill battle. There seem to be some behind-the-scenes deals being made if you are male. You never see/hear of that with any of the women. Men are allowed to get contracts extended and allowed special dispensation that was never allowed to women.
