George is amazing! Always work in George's area.

It's a college job and a pretty great one at that.

A good education

Pros

RIT has the resources to hire graduate students. The hourly work generally helps make ends meet.

Cons

A lot of red tape and forms. Be careful if you're extremely dependent on the hourly salary—RIT usually forgets to "rehire" or shuffle paperwork around the beginning and end of semesters, which means you may lose a week or two of income just because you don't have a number, or a form, or a barcode, or some other administrative puzzle piece.

Had a great experience building up an initiative from scratch.

Pros

Great benefits, pleasant setting, but mostly wonderful people full of creativity and innovative thoughts in an expansive atmosphere of expansion and growth.

Cons

Overall, stretching themselves too thin, trying to do too much with too few resources and not enough creativity and innovation in the administrative sector.
