Pros

allows a lot of student involvement and inventiveness. is willing to take a risk on someone who has the passion but not the experience, is trying to better the community.

Cons

not always a lot of follow-through or weight with initiatives because so many going on around on campus. even the directors and organizers lose momentum and become disorganized; departments dissolve

A great school

Pros

Smart students. A culture of innovation. Students have ambition. Teachers are inspiring. A world class technology and design school in Rochester NY. I enjoyed teaching here and would recommend it to any adjunct professor.

Cons

Low pay for adjuncts. Especially low for a 10 week class that meets twice a week. The campus is very dated and feels surprisingly dull for a cool technology and design school.
