At RJW if you are a slacker, management will gravitate toward you. Promotions and advancement for growth will be in your future. I watched leads sit at the desk where the waves are handed out on their phones watching movies and playing games. While real hardworking employees busy they butts .are watching I’ve watched the leads talk disrespectful to the temps and management says nothing. At Rjw you can come when you want leave when you want and still have a job. The leadership is poorly put together all the leadership team passes their job off to someone else that’s how trucks gets misloaded or not loaded in time not to mention if you’re good at your job the manager will not move you around to learn other departments cause it will cause his team to work. People are coming in off the streets to work getting better slotted than you at Rjw hard work doesn’t pay off it a joke and waste of your talent!

Lack of comunnication and accountability, no room for growth, they would rather hire from out than within the company leaving no chances for promotion, theres a lot of favoritism between leads and supervisors and other associates.
