Provides a lot of personal time of on a flexible basis. No micromanaging and a culture based on doing good work and not on 'how many hours' you work.

Cons

not cutting edge or innovative, large promotions but few and spread very far apart.

Family feeling environment, nice people

Cons

A lot of changing staff, worked there for a year and by the time i left half the staff was new. Didn't know how to manage the new employees at all and could never get in contact with the higher ups. Very slow environment, and not much room to grow.
