      Good people Well structured Great technical training Exciting projects Competitive salary Amazing benefits Flexible schedule This company is incredible. They respect their employees, promote from within and encourage both management and technical expertise paths. If I hadn't moved to be closer to family, I never would have left.

      * Friendly and helpful co-workers * Beginners and mid-level engineers can get great exposure due to the the wide range of projects * Moderately flexible work hours * Cooperative management

      Pros

      Company provides good benefits. They maintain a solid backlog of work. Management is usually flexible with work schedules. Extra paid time off during Christmas, most years.

      Cons

      The Human Resource side of the business is sorely lacking. Performance reviews are not taken seriously unless the employee's performance is in question. No recognition given for outstanding performance. No opportunity given for continuing education.
