Pros

Not sure there are many.

Cons

The benefits that the company is trying to portrait are literally a minimal to none and not really useful to the employees. Salary increase seemed like eating the forbidden fruit, and the workload just piled up, not to mention that there were always workforce fluctuation in the team which they required training and that you are obliged to help them learn so they can be able to help you(you're not left with many choices) Poor salary range compared to what other tech companies in Macedonia offer! However the HR team will try to persuade you that they are aligned with the market - not true at all! Advancing in your professional career seems like a nightmare (getting a higher grade) even though you've shown results or went even further above it's not really appreciated from the Management, there's no real professional guideline how you can achieve the grade that you chase so it becomes pretty boring and stall pretty quick.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I am sorry to hear you have not had a good experience during your time with RLDatix. It’s surprising to hear that you feel pay and benefits are not competitive when we’ve intentionally invested in improving these areas over the last year. We invested additional monies into improving and increasing benefits. We also invested in an additional cost-of-living increase to help improve our salaries overall and be more competitive. I can appreciate the frustration with the lack of guidance around grade progression. We have grown rapidly and in adjusting to so many acquisitions we’ve not put focus on ensuring employees are clear on what it takes to get to the next level. This is something we recognize and are working on improving. We have created a talent development center of excellence to purposely bring focus to our employees career development and progression. I wish you the very best on your next adventure.

Pros

- Management is happy to talk to you directly. - There are still some really good leaders. - Colleagues that left, they were accepted back. - Colleagues are friendly and there is good working atmosphere. - Many projects to choose from, but they are similar. - Relatively good salaries (especially for new hires now). - Allows(ed) work from home.

Cons

- Too many non-relevant meetings & people hiding their incompetence with them. - Unfair performance reviews where objectives are not validly defined and measured. - Really slow processes in which all teams are inefficient. - No room for actual growth because the projects mostly offer the same knowledge and technologies do not improve too much. - No one to learn from, or documentation is outdated. - Promotions happen too quick deliberately (More work, but not more money, or the raise is small). - Hyper-growth and merging with other companies ruins the culture. - Salaries not balanced (some people have the same title and 2k difference, its all about how you will sell to them). - The best people leave the company because they are not rewarded financially, while new untrained people are hired and there is no one to make knowledge transfer to them.

Thank you for the insightful feedback. It's nice to hear you've had good experience with leadership, and you enjoy the culture and flexibility. We are in the process of looking into new systems which will change the way we do performance reviews. The vendor review process takes time, but the goal is to align competencies to performance. HR has also introduced a Talent Development division which will focus on creating opportunities for employees to develop their skills and create a career path. There are many exciting things to come!

Thank you for leaving a review- we value your feedback. I'm glad you like the culture of RLDatix and agree it's a wonderful part of working here. Working for an organization that is actively acquiring can seem very disorganized at times. We've gone from a smaller company of 700 employees to 1,800 employees in under a year and will continue to grow. With so much growth, comes more processes and procedures which can seem bureaucratic at times.
