I Like strategic their performance platform that helps employees thrive. engagement and development and acts on employee feedback. I have communicated with co-workers are smart, hard -working, and supportive. and friendly atmosphere, with a focus on good people and teams. The company values innovation and teamwork, which motivates me to give my best every day. We’re glad you took the time to share your experience. Please know that we have done compensation reviews for each region and are aligned with where we strive to be in the market. However, we are in the process of developing a transparent comprehensive framework that adds value to the clarity recently provided by our Career Elevation Strategy regarding career progression, career paths and professional development. We hope you will have a better overview of salary and professional development when these two initiatives come together.

Pros

There is strong cohesion within the office — people are genuinely nice, supportive, and always willing to help each other. However, this positive atmosphere exists mostly within the teams, not in management.

Cons

There has been a lot of micromanagement lately, with very little transparency from leadership. Salary raises are minimal. Instead of investing in training or development opportunities to help us stay competitive, they decided to make 98 people redundant. They made some changes in our job descriptions and encouraged us to reapply for those positions — with a three-month probation period — despite many of us having worked there loyally for years. Shortly after the layoffs, the company organized a tech conference and a team-building event, expecting everyone to be cheerful — it felt completely tone-deaf and disconnected from reality. I was laid off after many years with the company — a disappointing and disheartening end to what used to be a great place to work.

We’re grateful you took the time to leave a review. We welcome your candid feedback regarding areas where we can improve. In line with industry expectations, we are moving in a new direction and have had to redefine role expectations to align them with the long-term sustainability of RLDatix. To fill these positions, we have invited all interested internal employees to apply. Recently, we invited all employees to attend our conference where we could be forthcoming about our new direction as well as build anticipation for upcoming projects and transparency surrounding expectation management. Although your review suggests that you will not be continuing your career with us, we sincerely hope that you find a position that meets your skill set and fulfills your professional goals.
