      There are many great reasons to work at RLI insurance company. The work/life balance suits my schedule. Everyone here is knowledgeable and open to sharing their expertise. There are endless opportunities for education and training. The atmosphere is collaborative and professional. RLI is also committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace,

      Cons

      There aren't many cons to working at RLI. If I had to single out a particular downside, it would be that I'd like to see more remote options for less tenured employees.

      Too much politics. Poor dept. management and very dishonest and petty.
