Cons
Can't work from home for the first year. This would make sense but most of my co-workers are in other parts of the country so it's basically all remote anyway.
Managers set you up for success. The team is very welcoming to any new employee and makes the transition into the job easy. It is a very enjoyable environment to work in.
Cons
The amount of work can be overwhelming but that is when you need to lean on the team members around you for help.
