      Great Company Over All

      Pros

      -Great culture -Great 401K & ESOP plans -Beautiful campus -Owner mentality by the majority

      Cons

      Initially felt onboard with the Home Office RTO plan but now I'm not. These new small cubes = Constant noise & distraction from neighbors (not their fault) and the claustrophobic feel while in them,

      Pros

      Great moral, team building, outings, and collaborative work.

      Cons

      The pay is moderate in comparison to the work that is required The hybrid schedule differs depending on the department/ management.

      Great Place for a Career

      Pros

      The company truly cares about its employees (it's not just lip service that you might get from other companies). You'll find support up and down the ladder. They have a great benefits program (not common these days). The people are genuine and want their peers to succeed. Leadership is highly accessible (and very down-to-earth).

      Cons

      Some teams run lean, but no major cons.
