Pros

I really enjoy the people I work directly with, but everyone in the office is very friendly. When I first started, people were very welcoming and willing to answer my questions. People would go out of their way to introduce themselves to me and make sure I felt comfortable. I really like my manager, they are super accessibale and willing to help. I also like how accessible upper management is. The AVP and VP of my department are always around and are super friendly.

Pros

There definitely is a culture dedicated to making employees feel valued. The investments made through bonuses, 401k and ESOP contributions, and educational programs is encouraging. I also appreciate how often opportunities are provided for employees to come together.

Cons

Health insurance is a bit restrictive but overall think it is fairly priced.

Pros

They saw my potential in an adjacent career. I'm allowed to work an in-office with some remote hours' schedule that make life easier to manage. The smart atmosphere is contagious!

Cons

After these first few months I've yet to find a con!
