RLI is a great company that values its employees. Different truly works here. Employee-owners are empowered and encouraged to speak up and contribute their ideas to continue the success of the company. Management is accessible and transparent. Everyone is valued here, and share in the success of the company.

The people and culture are the best. RLI has high expectations for employees and hires a skilled workforce to meet those expectations. Quality employees. RLI has a great benefits program and I feel I'm compensated well. Lots of fun perks throughout the year.
