ESOP company with a strong, collaborative, professional, and friendly culture. Competitive pay, strong bonus plans, retirement contributions are great, and autonomy to manage your own work without being micromanaged.

RLI is a great place to work. Great benefits and flexibility. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. I really enjoy it here and look forward to continuing my journey with RLI for many years to come.

Incredible culture. Everyone is extremely positive and always willing to jump in to get things done. Great benefits Fantastic Executive Staff Recognizes and appreciates their employees There is always plenty to do and there is always a lot of fun to be had as well.

I can't find a Con with RLI. I just wish I would have found them years ago.
