      There are none I can think of.

      Cons

      They have a culture of fear and blame. No one of worth remains for very long. They have a program where they create fake positive reviews on sites like this to counter the real negative reviews.

      many job descriptions and titles do not match duties and expectations for what they pay

      Vacation days off and a large cubicle, paid license & continued education credit.

      Lack of formal training, and when they want you out - you are then part of the plague.
