Pros

Good leadership with a detailed plan for the future is in place at ROLLER. The entire team has bought into what is being built here and goals are being hit on a regular basis. I am very excited to see where we are in 3-5 years and beyond. Employees are provided what is needed to succeed, the opportunity to grow, and the company offers a good work/life balance. The company is diverse and provides a great work environment.

Cons

Being a global company, time zones can be a challenge when scheduling meetings with team members in 3 different locations. I attribute any other cons are simply a result of the growth trajectory of the company.

- Culture; regardless of the remote setup we're now obligated to live due to the current health events, ROLLER keeps the vibe going through constant companionship, transparent updates on how the company is performing, social collaboration, and constant support. - Growth; nothing but growth is ahead as ROLLER's market share is on the rise. - Product; ROLLER's product is a killer, and that is just great - Salary; competitive, and always on time.

- Fast and dynamic changes, you have to be ready for that... not sure if that's a con XD

- ROLLER is constantly innovating & bringing the product to the next level - Always open to new ideas & ways to improve - Everyone is friendly & ready to help out and share their knowledge - Management is very approachable and regularly checks in on everyone personally - Fun & relaxed team vibe - Flexible working hours & location - Employee wellbeing is a high priority

- Sometimes there's a bit too much going on at once - Occasionally need to jump online in evenings & on weekends
