A fully remote organization that is growing rapidly which supports their employees and provides an environment that allows for career growth. ROR is the perfect place to work if you are looking for a fast paced work environment that will allow you to grow with the company.

Cons

Remote work isn't for everyone and you need to be sure that you can build relationships with your colleagues through online channels. The fast paced environment can be challenging and you need to be able to manage your time properly.

Great culture and an even better team! Everyone wants the company to be successful, and you can tell from how they approach work and each other. We are all about developing and maintaining great relationships with our clients and with our team. Also you’ll never be bored, there’s something new to learn everyday!

Cons

The only con that will change as the company grows and expands is the benefit costs are high coming from a past employer who paid 100%.
