Easy to get comfortable but there's very little growth.

People are really cool, plenty of happy hours, good variety of clients (although majority of work is Honda).

Cons

Slow to promote, base pay is really terrible unless you leave and come back, lots of politics in any decision.

A really great place to work. It somehow feels big and small at the same time. People are very friendly so I made a lot of friends there that I still keep in touch with.

Cons

top-heavy company. Poor communication between upper management and the rest. Would be great involve more of the agency in certain decisions
