Pros

People are cooperative, positive & enjoy working with each other Great work-life balance If you contribute, are patient & work well with others there's good chance for recognition & promotion Loyal, stable client base = low stress

Cons

If you're anxious to get promoted quickly & are highly competitive it's probably not for you Ad creative work isn't as edgy as some other agencies (but recent work is def improving) Office space isn't as cool as some creative-only agencies

Pros

Youthful culture, collaborative, enjoyable environment. You can be yourself at RPA, no need for facades, they embrace anyone who is willing to contribute.

Cons

You need to challenge yourself. At times, it can be slow, you need to create the opportunities. Not sure if this is exactly a con, but goals and milestones are clearly outlined for you in the position.
