Pros

The company has a summer concert series and happy hours through out the year that are a lot of fun if you have the time to attend. There were a ton of wonderful people that I worked with..although they've just about all left.

Cons

RPA has a traditional media mindset and treats their digital teams like second class. Expect 4 account people for every digital media employee and expect to work consistent long hours while account leaves at 5pm and thinks 6:30 is working late. Upper management could not get it together and were constantly fighting internally, causing everyone else to suffer. HR knew of all these problems, many complained, but they never did anything about it. Overall you'll find top management likes making money and doesn't care about you.

Pros

There is not one pro to working at RPA other then you are in Santa Monica which is a beautiful place.

Cons

Zero growth, management cares about nothing but themselves, there HR department are the most useless human beings I have ever crossed paths with, No one is held accountable for anything. The entire company still operates in 1998. The office is equal to a mid-western customer service call center. Every employee herelacks the brain power of common sense and interpersonal skills.

Pros

online environment, outside workshops for growth opportunities

Cons

Team is really strict and have mean girl energy. Don’t really train you. You’re just kind of thrown into it. You don’t get paid enough for the amount of work you do.
