Job was easy, office was small and co-workers were friendly. Can pretty much just coast until you find something new. Pay is reasonable.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth unless you're in the SM office. Even then, not sure how easy it is to move up. Layoffs every few years. Got very little (no) guidance from management. Micro aggressions galore.
