Work culture is great - incredible work life balance. People really care about one another. Passionate/hard working individuals.

Cons

Unfortunately pay is low and raises are hard to come by.

I sincerely appreciate your feedback, and I'm glad that you had an overall positive experience with us. I agree with you - the past few years have been tough for us, and we have not been able to reward and recognize people in the way that we would wish. That said, advertising is a cyclical industry, and I firmly feel that RPA is on the upswing; we have had some impressive organic growth of late among our existing clients, and have some exciting new business prospects on the horizon. Lower than average salary and 401k offerings were just ok.

And yes, totally agree on the starting salaries, though I think you would find that our compensation does go up with experience.
