Pros

You will meet some of the coolest people while working here. Like people who want to see you grow and help you learn. Depending on what team you are on, you will have an amazing time and really click with the company. The occasional happy hour is a lot of fun. Great work life balance.

Cons

The pay could have been better and unless you're on a larger team (Honda) it won't be the best time. Being on a smaller team here means lots of stress and people will be a bit more passive aggressive. While I mentioned you can meet awesome people here, there are also quite a few people who are very clique-ish and can be very rude. I had one higher up blatantly ignore me or try to criticize me every chance she got. It was really disheartening and I'm still not sure why she was like this especially when another person would agree with me. As an intern you are told to participate in meetings, however I had someone snap at me in a meeting for speaking up. I also came up with a fun idea for my team and they rejected it saying it would never work, turns out a few weeks ago they did it and it worked. RPA is very disorganized and requires tons of meetings with multiple teams to have fairly basic tasks authorized. You can end up with two people on two teams confused on who should take on an important task because they essentially have the same job just on different teams, working on the same account. This leads to people assuming the other will handle something and then it never gets done. This can make work slow and stressful. On top of this the seating arrangement in the office is weird for everyone that is not a creative. The office is not a creative or collaborative environment. Everyone is in a cubicle with high walls and the lighting is awful, so you constantly feel tired from the lack of light. The creative side of the office is brightly painted while the rest of the office is just BLAH.

Pros

The work is pretty great. CDs are committed. The vibe is fun and you don't kill yourself working here. A great place for juniors to get experience, too.

Cons

People can get complacent. The pay isn't great. Many people here have never worked anywhere else and whine too much.
