Pros

Great healthcare benefits, above market salary, unlimited PTO, 401K, inclusive environment

Cons

Outdated IT equipment (my MacBook is a dinosaur), understaffed, no sense of culture when WFH, not the best work-life balance. Leadership like to play it really safe. RPA isn’t an overly corporate agency but they don’t seem cutting edge either. They are very average. Nothing about RPA is really bad but nothing is really exciting either.

Thanks so much for your perspective - this is Laura Small, from the People team. I'd love to talk to you about the thoughts that you shared, especially as it relates to translating our culture into the virtual space. I can also share some information with you regarding the IT situation (it has to do with the chip shortage that is impacting organizations worldwide). Can we set up some time to talk? Please reach out to me when you are ready at lsmall@rpa.com. Thanks, Laura

overworked - morale is low

Pros

Colleagues from entry-level to associate directors are amazing. They have your back and we're in the struggle together, however once it's get to directors and above, there is a huge divide and they seem to be very exclusive

Cons

Nearly everyone that works on AHM is undervalued and overworked aside from the Honda "strategy team" and branded content, whom constantly say "they're bored", which is no surprise since they are extremely well-staffed. However, all other teams are struggling to stay afloat and falling into a severe depression over the account. When RPA had the Honda business years ago they were staffed properly, but ever since it came back they refuse to hire more people for the execution teams like digital and search. They have us work on other accounts like La-Z-Boy, AM/PM, and other clients. Also, a lot of favoritism due to historical or educational backgrounds with the higher ups as well.
