Really gone downhill

Pros

Working from home. Fair pay.

Cons

Extreme favouritism. Management is non-existant since redundancies and restructuring. Staff sales were quietly cut and apparently only held for warehouse workers now (in secret to shut out office workers) - this was one of the better benefits we had. Little to no development in my entire time here (10+ years). Micro-management all over the place. Toxic cultures with the occasional fake "take time for yourself" message.

Pros

30% staff discount during Christmas period.

Cons

They've lost their way, too many managers managing managers, building a new 5-year plan every 6 months and chasing their tails. New teams and jobs are being created constantly, whilst jobs and entire teams are also made redunant every 6 months, like a revolving door. It used to be a company of 20/30+ year employees, not mostly full of graduates getting experience and moving on after 2 years, leaving the business with no identity or knowledge.
